A few useful answers

the start.
What is a credit?
1 credit equals $0.01 of spending. A $100 top-up adds 10,000 credits to one balance, shared across your AI activities. Purchased credits do not expire.
Why can two conversations cost different amounts?
The AI model you choose has its own usage rate. A quick answer also uses fewer resources than a conversation that checks records, uses several tools, and takes multiple steps. For calls, choose your voice to see its estimate or rate status. Credits reflect the complete work performed. The simulator’s simple and complex conversations help you plan; they are not fixed billing tiers.
Do I pay for teammates, handoffs, or CRM updates?
Datagran includes teammate access, human handoffs, and routine CRM updates without seat or product subscription fees. AI work and communication usage still consume credits. If a person takes over a phone call, the AI conversation charge stops, but phone charges can continue. Human staffing is not included.
Are voice, AI, tools, and phone costs included?
Yes. Your credit usage combines the AI models, speech services, paid tools, and delivery services actually used. Twilio carrier costs—including calls and SIP, Media Streams, assigned numbers, recordings and storage, and routing—are reconciled from provider records. You see one credit charge, with a usage breakdown available. Advertising budgets and custom implementation are separate.
