Email outreach is enabled across tenants; project access, mailbox permissions, Billing capacity and approval of each batch still apply. Every reply pauses the drip. High intent goes to Inbox, and an opt-out suppresses the person and all known addresses. Detected opens do not prove human reading. Shared verification-credit waits are uncharged and never purchase credits automatically.

## Important boundaries

- Check the signed-in tenant, project, connected provider, and role before attempting setup or reading private data.
- Treat external writes, messages, ad changes, and calendar bookings as separately reviewed actions.
- ChatGPT Ads support is primarily measurement and attribution. Do not infer a campaign-from-scratch creation capability from this index.
